Pre-Finished Panels
An APPI pre-finished veneer is a real wood veneer, rich, warm, and more deeply textured than any other laminated texture. The real wood veneer is then coated with a polyurethane UV cured topcoat with sheens from matte to semi-gloss.
Pre-finished surfaces reduce labor time, increasing productivity and efficiency in fabrication, and prevents bottlenecks common at the spray booth. With APPI you can choose pre-finished options tailored to your exact specifications, from clear or stained finishes; gloss levels include satin, matte, and semi-gloss. Precise custom color matching is also available.

UV Cured
The UV Cured coatings we use are 100% solid acrylate and emit no volatile organic compounds during manufacture or use. UV Cured coatings are durable and resistant to scuffs and household chemicals. Our UV Cured coatings qualify as low emitting materials for the purpose of qualifying for LEED IEQ Credit 4.2.
